Our chefs have been preparing delicious paella for over a decade and specialize in creating an exquisite dining experience with cuisine that will bring you back for more! We are dedicated to providing cuisine of the highest quality and always use traditional Spanish Bomba rice, local seafood, and the freshest vegetables available.
Serving San Diego County and Southern CA, our paellas are made to order on-site, or they can also be delivered right to your house or corporate party. We also offer a variety of salads, tapas, and more to complement your dining experience. Each menu can be customized to cater to your guest’s desires or dietary restrictions as well.
This social aspect of paella preparation enables us to bring this delicious experience to groups of 50-200 while uniquely catering to your needs and desires. We can also hand deliver your menu, already prepared for parties of 25+ guests, with everything you need for easy planning.

Our Paellas
Our paellas are made with fresh, high-quality ingredients and perfectly cooked in traditional paella pans. Our offerings include authentic ingredients like Spanish Bomba rice, saffron, extra virgin olive oil, sofrito, a bounty of fresh vegetables, and our signature roasted garlic aioli.
Our Signature Fiesta Paella is made with boneless chicken, chorizo, shrimp, clams and fresh vegetables and is always a hit with traditionalists and newcomers alike. Our Garden Paella is also a wildly popular vegan option. We also offer multiple others to choose from and a “Create Your Own” paella option, too. All are made to order and can be customized to your liking. All of our paellas are also gluten-free.
Our Salads
Our salads are made with fresh, local ingredients and perfectly complement our paellas. All include bread rolls, butter, and our house-made dressings.
Our Tapas
Our tapas are the perfect way to start your meal or enjoy a light snack as guests arrive. Our tapas are bite-sized and great to enjoy with a beverage while your chef cooks your paella in front of your guests. With options like empanadas, gazpacho fresca, Mexican shrimp cocktail, or sweet corn chowder, you can’t go wrong!
Our Sangria
Don’t forget to toast to your special occasion! Our House Made non-alcoholic Sangria is always a hit with children and adults alike. Feel free to supply your own alcoholic spirits, and we can mix and elevate your cocktail options on-site for adults that would like to kick up the Fiesta!
